2021 Primitivo

100% Primitivo made in an Italian style. Intense aromatics, lower alcohol, and bold flavors shoot out of the glass. It seems 2021 was a great year in Wa State to produce this fantastic varietal. Flavors of dried tart cherries, bright acid, and medium tannins make for a very well balanced wine. This wine makes your mouth water and demands cheesy red sauce based pasta dishes.
