We stopped making it in 2019 when those vines moved into our red program. Now we have Carménère again, and we know exactly what to do with it.

We didn’t plan to make a Rosé of Carménère. A phone call in the middle of harvest forced a decision we weren’t prepared for, and what came out of it stayed with us for seven vintages. This is the story of how that happened, and why we’re choosing it again.
